Sarpanch Shankar Kunjam said that after getting the government and district administration examined, the village council resolution should be passed. People of Panchayats say that we will not give those hill. Investigation will be done and the MDO will be canceled with Adani. There was pressure but the Government also agreed with our point of view.The agitator Ramlal Nayya said with ominous tone, that there is a Gram Sabha but do not give recognition that two to four people sit in the alleged Gram Sabhas.

If suppression happens then it is ready to fight. People from 200 villages from all three districts have joined this movement. The Panchayat collaborated. We do not want to meet the demands till then. Lala Ram Sori, who was involved in the movement said that I see this movement fail. Do not blame any leader for this failure. Markam Linga, a combat activist, told that the movement will not allow the excavation of this hill.

Why is there such a double standard?

While the reality is that the areas where the tribals live, the forest is left there.It has been speculated that the state-run National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) is losing about Rs. 12 crores every day as the operation on Chhattisgarh's projects has stalled after tribal's strike in protest against a mine allocated to the company. From Friday, thousands of tribals from the interior areas have camped in Kirandul and Bacheli cities of Dantewada district, where NMDC operates two of mechanized mines.

Agitators are protesting against the proposed mining in the Bailadila deposits, because they claim that they have their gods here in Deposit 13. Trade unions have opposed the contract given to AEL and claimed that it was part of the privatization process. Congress MP from Bastar Deepak badge also gave his support by visiting the dharna. Security agencies were on high alert due to the fear of sending the internists from the interior areas to provoke tribals and join the movement.

Due to conventional weapons, along with the Bow-Arrow, 200 villages had reached the spot along with the tribal ration, Dantewada police chief Abhishek Pallava had claimed that the pamphlets and posters of the Maoists call villagers to join the protest and proyect the mining in protest, the recovered was recovered from the internal areas.

NMDC and Chhattisgarh Mineral Development Corporation (CMDC) joint venture NCL had issued a mining lease for the deposit. On the night of June 13, the Divisional Magistrate of Kirandul issued an order asking the agitators to vacate the place till midnight or face tough action. Officials had planned to evacuate the tribals from Kirandul. Fear of strong action, most of the village villagers reached safe places in the night. Later, on the advice of his leader, he returned to his original place on Thursday morning. Administrative officials also reached the spot and talked to leaders who led the campaign.

Officials told them that they will not be given any choice for the use of force. Finally, the strike was closed. The tribals who reached many kilometers of walks in this movement appeared on trucks for their native place. Concerns of writer Gladson Dungdung are serious, he writes, 'The temperature of the country is increasing steadily. People are facing catastrophic heat and power is being given to the Caste capitalists in the name of development. To keep this fact hidden, the rumors are being spread through Gondi and  Modi media that the reason for the heat in the country is the hot air sent by Pakistan.

In such a situation, if people still keep on turning away from truth, BJP-Congress will continue and will keep the rulers in the name of so-called development of the forests, then the day is not far when the temperature will cross 50-55 degrees and we will have a lot of trouble- There will be no other choice but to do or die?

Tribals struggling to save land, forest, hill, water resources and mineral wealth in our country are said to be anti-development. But now it is necessary to understand that if the tribals are struggling to save natural resources, they are not only fighting to save the tribal community and nature, rather the future of earth and life hinges on their struggle. So now instead of speaking anti-development, we should be a part of their struggle. This is the right time to say no to - nature and anti-life development. If we do not listen even today, definitely tomorrow will not be ours.

In Dantewada, the company officials said that both the projects were producing 75,000 tonnes of iron ore per day, which had completely closed from this morning. NMDC was losing Rs 12 crore per day, he said that till now the company has suffered a loss of Rs 35 - 40 crore. Apart from this, the Chhattisgarh government is also taking a loss of Rs 10 crore per day, which was earning as a royalty from NMDC and from the District Mineral Foundation (DMF).

If we compare it with Dungdung, it has been put in our mind to fill the treasure of capitalists, rulers and bureaucrats by cutting trees in the name of development, selling forests and selling hills and exploiting natural resources for development. It has been established in the country that it is necessary to cut trees, to destroy the forests and to destroy the hills in order to grow. Not only that, tribals living with nature are called rude, wild and backward, and those who live in the forests of Concrete, they are cultured, educated and developed.

The figure of desolation of forests  in the name of development is  frightening From 1980 to 2018, 15,10,055.5 hectare forests have been destroyed for 26,194 projects in the name of development.

The most surprising thing is that in the reign of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who won the 'Champion of Earth' award from the United Nations for environmental protection, from  2014 to 2018,  57,864.466 hectare forests were assigned to the demon called development for 2,347 projects. Not only that, in 2019, 9,383.655 hectare forests for 954 projects have been given on sacrifies on development and now many more forests and dills are being planned for the development.

The 'Forest, Environment and Climate Change' Ministry of Indian Government is constantly strive to entrust the forests and hills  to the capitalists in the country. In this whole issue, an important issue point that gets lost or is not noticed by anyone.

In this regard, in this discussion we talked to some tribal leaders who were present in the movement, tribal leaders Arjun Singh Thakur, Janak Lal Thakur and Durga Prasad Thakur told that the power of the Gram Sabha and its power in the scheduled area of NMDC-CMDC Limited (NCL) of governmen,t, capitalist Adani and Essar do not believe the power of Gram Sabha and its power in the scheduled area of the Indian Constitution, which is anti-constitution itself.

Bypassing the self-governing and proprietary rights contained in the Indian Constitution, Bastar does not count in the 5th Schedule Area. When do not count in the 5th schedule, proposal of PESA law and Gram Sabha becomes secondary. For this reason, a huge gap of richness and poverty has been created in the life of Giant NMDC and tribals, which constantly violates the 5th schedule of the Indian Constitution. If the fake Gram Sabha has happened then why  you do not insist on the new Gram Sabha?

Why the government does not want it to pass in the resolution of a new Gram Sabha that his company will not order an individual company to excavate and will not bring the lives of environment and tribals to the brink of ruin.

They say that it is a matter of elimination of lease; it will also have to remove traitors like NMDC, Adani and Essar from tribal area which are constantly exploiting the tribals. If the excavation was needed, the tribals would have to make royalty and shareholders from the government enterprise from the company.

Why is not the right to proprietary and self-governing by giving partnership and share? They say with ominous toner that the order of the government and their undertakings or the companies' mouths no have to starve, but instead of bringing new proposals to the Gram Sabha, the responsibility of management should be taken out of their hands. The governor and Tribal Advisory Board need to be active in this case. Overall, a spontaneous movement was scattered in the absence of leadership.

Some people take the movement in the wrong direction from having no exercise,  but despite repeated efforts are being made to eliminate the power of the Gram Sabha. Some people passionately asked for money and public interest in their own account, but how much is it to be honest? The tribals who were climbing into the trucks said that we are going for 15 days on the government's request, If the condition has been robbed then we will come back later!

The magistrate of the fake Gram Sabha has started under the  supervision of the committee constituted by the tribunal yesterday. The Committee has organized tribals, agitating during the agitation from various  countries  including Bastar, various Tribal Organizations, Employees/Officers, Farmers/Laborers (ST/SC)/OBC/Minority) have thanked for the economic, ideological cooperation and has praised the role of social media in shaping the movement as a nationwide movement. Apart from this, to various TV Channels, Newspapers and Web Portal news fellow have also cordially thanked, and assured that this movement has not ended, till we cancel the lease allocation.
